Drawing inspiration from its Italian farmhouse origin, the delicate aromas of bergamot, spruce, mandarin, cypress, sage, cedar, jasmine, palo santo, sandalwood, and amber will fill the air with the elegance and grace of Italianate style.
Italianate style emerged in the United States during the period of 1840-1885. It was greatly inspired by the grandeur and artistic details of Italian architecture. The style's popularity spread rapidly across the eastern seaboard, the Midwest, and the West. The Italianate feature is evident through tall, narrow windows, low-pitched roofs, ornamental brackets, and prominent eaves.
