It was time for high-end steak cutlery that also brought style and fine dining to the barbecue. Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) is the new recipe for extra-sharp barbecue tools by Robbe & Berking. An anthracite-black coating made of diamond-like carbon, combining outstanding performance with a very sophisticated technical design in “Frozen Black".
What makes this steak knife so remarkable is the exceptionally sharp blade made of special blade steel. The blade has a special hollow grind for an ultra-sharp finish. The slightly concave smooth cutting edge means that even rare meat can be cut cleanly without tearing it.
